Apple Inc. Ends Dispute With Beatles Over Trademarks

Apple Inc. ended a legal dispute with the Beatles over rights to use the Apple name and logos on its iTunes online music store. Under a new agreement, Apple Inc. will own all trademarks related to “Apple” and license some rights back to the Beatles’ Apple Corps Ltd. for its continued use, the companies said in a statement today.

But to Julia Baird, his half-sister, he was much more than words can describe. She talks about him in the present tense with unabashed pride – ‘genius’, ‘intellectual’ and other glorious descriptions pepper her conversation about him.

Apple schikt rechtszaak met The Beatles
