It seems that a major new film about John Lennon has been pulled after Yoko Ono withdrew her support.

The documentary about the Beatles legend would have featured previously unseen home-video footage and controversial details about the singer’s life, according to the Sun.
The documentary, due to have been broadcast by the BBC, apparently contained an interview with John’s first wife Cynthia, 67, who told filmmakers how their marriage was torn apart by drugs and Yoko’s arrival on the scene.
And a psychiatrist who treated the star after his drug use spiralled out of control, described the possessive love that John had for Yoko, according to the paper.
Yoko was listed on the credits for the film, called Working Class Hero as an executive producer.
A TV source said: “The film had been several months in the making but at the last minute Yoko withdrew her support.”
However, EMI said the film was stopped because because it was not finished in time to coincide with a planned album release.
