A Tribute to George Harrison

The Dark Horse Revue brings together the Twin Cities’ top talent to pay tribute to the great George Harrison.

Lead by guitarist/singer/songwriter Randy Casey, the show includes a revolving cast of performers from year to year. This year’s show at the Fine Line will feature performances from John Eller, Steve Price, Noah Levy, Jon Duncan, George McKelvey, Matt Darling, Dave Russ, Jon Herchert, Kevin Nord, Laurie Glaser, Janey Winterbauer, Marc Perlman, Dan Israel and more.

“The Dark Horse Revue is a really fun way to preserve the memory of such an influential artist and great human being,” says Casey. “Everyone involved recognizes how important George was to the sound of the Beatles and to the world at large.”
This tribute is a good opportunity to see many great Minnesota musicians pool their talents to perform timeless classics from one of the world’s preeminent songwriters. In addition to the many songs Harrison recorded with the Beatles, the Dark Horse Revue covers many Harrison numbers from his 20-plus albums as a solo artist and member of the Traveling Wilburys.

Frank Sinatra once said “Something” was the greatest song that Lennon and McCartney have ever written. Come to this tribute to give “the quiet Beatle” the respect he deserves
