The legendary recording studios will be hosting an exhibition and auction of music memorabilia raising money for Cancer Research UK.

The Sound & Vision 2007 event – which includes photographs of Pete Doherty, Johnny Borrell, Mick Jagger, Paul Weller, The Gallaghers and Paul McCartney amongst others – is taking place at 6.30pm on February 26.
Other notable items being auctioned off for charity include Chris Martin’s handwritten lyrics to ‘Yellow’, contact sheets of Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones, and a pinball machine from a Zuton’s album cover.

The event itself will be hosted by Mica Paris and DJ Spoony with live performances from All Saints, Mica Paris and Skye.
Patron of the charity Sir George Martin said, “Last year’s Sound & Vision event was a fantastic success and I’m delighted to be involved in it again this year.
“A superb selection of unseen photographs, artwork and memorabilia has been donated by some of the leading people in the business and I am confident that this year we’ll raise even more money for Cancer Research UK.”

Jools Tait from Cancer Research UK added, “Some of the biggest names in the world of music, photography, design and art have come together to raise money to beat cancer. The truly iconic works they have donated will raise a significant sum to support Cancer Research’s UK pioneering work”
