THE BEATLES classic SGT PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND has been branded the definitive album of all time.
The iconic 1967 long-player topped the Definitive 200 chart of albums and soundtracks, compiled by the US National Association Of Recording Merchandisers and the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
Other albums in the top ten include MICHAEL JACKSON’s THRILLER (1982), CAROLE KING’s TAPESTRY (1971), U2’s THE JOSHUA TREE (1987) and PINK FLOYD’s DARK SIDE OF THE MOON 91973).
