Heather Mills wants to talk about dancing, not divorce. In an interview to promote the show, Mills rebuffed accusations that she was in the televised dance competition only for the publicity, and joked about the prospect of flying limbs, but she declined to talk in detail about her divorce battle with Paul.

Sir Paul McCartney is dumping the record label he has used for 43 years in a move which will prevent Heather Mills from earning millions from his future recordings. Paul is turning his back on Capitol/EMI and is penning a deal with a new label run by coffee makers Starbucks.

De Amerikaanse koffieketen Starbucks komt met een eigen platenlabel, Starbucks Records. De eerste artiest zou Paul McCartney zijn (via molblog). Merken bouwen hun eigen virtuele werelden op vol symboliek en geluid. Muziek is daar een natuurlijk onderdeel van. Het starten van een platenlabel is een ontwikkeling die hierin past. Het gaat niet om het uitgeven van muziek maar om het maken van muziek, het beheren en vooral het te kunnen gebruiken op allerlei mogelijke locaties in de fysieke wereld en virtuele wereld.
