During an interview on Larry King Live, current competitor of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Heather Mills said that she likes to keep her daughter, Beatrice, 3, private and out of the spotlight. When asked about bringing Beatrice to the L.A. set Heather said:

I would never. I keep Beatrice so private, I don’t understand when people put their children in the media spotlight. I don’t agree with it. It’s just my personal opinion. Yes, I could bring her on and get a few more votes and say, ‘This is my cute little girl,’ but I would never do that.

Heather also talked about how Beatrice reacted the first time she saw her Mom dance on TV:

She saw me dance and her mouth just dropped and went ‘Mommy you are like a princess. You are like Cinderella’ and she came and she was kissing me everywhere and just for that moment alone, I was like this was completely worth it.

Heather touched on her divorce and custody arrangement with Beatrice’s Dad, Paul McCartney, saying that the custody arrangement is ‘completely 50/50.’ She also said that despite what has happened through the divorce, she still loves, and respects Paul:

Paul is the father of my child and whatever he’s done, whatever has happened, I can never speak badly about the father of my child. We’ll have a relationship forever. And I still love him. But you can love somebody and you’re not right for each other and you have to move on. Paul is a really, really good father.

Paul recently sent Heather flowers for her first night on Dancing with the Stars and signed the card ‘Dear Mummy, Good luck. Love Dad and Beatrice.’
