The Uralian artist Sergei Parfenyuk has devoted over a thousand paintings to The Beatles. Embodying their music on canvass has become his major passion.
Paul McCartney himself asked for the artist’s permission to include the latter’s works into the album dedicated to The Beatles’ creation. Eleven reproductions of Sergei Parfenyuk’s paintings have been included into that world encyclopedia, where he turned to be the only Russian artist.
The artist will soon paint the wall in the centre of Yekaterinburg, where fans of the Beatles are going to set up a monument to their idols and create a rock-gallery on the wall bricks.
