Paul To Play Paris…
Paul has announced that he is to play a very special show at the prestigious Olympia in Paris on 22nd October. The Olympia is the oldest and most famous music hall in Paris, having played host to an array of great names since it was founded in 1888. Paul himself is no stranger to the Olympia, having performed there with the Beatles in 1964. This special show will be the first time that Paul has played in France since he played the Stade de France as part of his 2004 summer tour.

It was also revealed last week that Paul will also be performing at The Liverpool Sound concert that takes place at Anfield Stadium on June 1st as part of the Liverpool 08 City Of Culture celebrations. The once-in-a-lifetime concert celebrates Liverpool’s musical influence.

GOIN’ HOME: A Tribute to Fats Domino
Last week saw the release of ‘GOIN’ HOME: A Tribute to Fats Domino’. Paul features on the double CD with a version of ‘I Want To Walk You Home’. Monies raised from the sales of Goin’ Home will go toward the rebuilding of Fats Domino’s home and to create a community centre in the Crescent City’s still ravaged Lower 9th Ward.
