Heather Mills has been reportedly celebrating in New York after receiving her divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney. On Thursday, she was spotted looking at condos and later partying with three girlfriends at Pastis. A source told the NY Post Page Six:

“She looked like a full-on tart. She had on a tight bustier, really tight pants and four-inch-high boots. She looked ready for anything.”

Mills was seen drinking red wine and stepping in and out of the restaurant “talking on her cellphone.” Maybe she was talking to her next victim…yikes!
