HEATHER Mills has a hunky new toyboy, the News of the World can reveal.
Sir Paul McCartney’s 41-year-old ex-wife—who landed a £24million divorce deal in March —met beefy holiday rep Jamie Walker, 36, when she stayed at the Tenerife hotel where he works.
She fell for him after she saw him caring for daughter Beatrice at the kids club. The couple have been out on dates there and in her hometown Brighton.
Last night Jamie told us: “I’m under strict instructions not to talk about this.”
Lonely Heather swooned over toyboy Jamie when she saw the 6ft 2in muscleman playing gently with her daughter.
Jamie took four-year-old Beatrice, Mucca’s daughter by Sir Paul McCartney, under his wing while acting as kids’ rep at the hotel.
And our exclusive pictures show how close Jamie has now become to Heather and her daughter.In pictures taken in Tenerife he looks on attentively as Heather talks to Beatrice and helps the youngster negotiate some steps.
He is also pictured chatting intently to Heather at a cafe on a recent visit to Brighton. Beatrice was playing nearby, looked after by a bodyguard. Last night Jamie told us:
“I’m under strict instructions not to talk to you about this.But I guess you already know it all then. Just be nice about me.”
Last night a friend revealed: “Heather is completely infatuated with Jamie. He is a gym junkie and Heather has been boasting his body is so much fitter than Paul’s.
“She likes the way he is with Beatrice and his gentle manner towards her. That has played a major part in their blossoming relationship.
Sir Paul will be shocked by Jamie’s closeness to his little daughter.
Miffed
It was only two months ago that Heather hit the roof when Macca took Beatrice on holiday and invited along new love Nancy Shevell, 47, to get to know his child.
A source revealed: “Paul did not spell out to Heather that Nancy would be there. Heather was furious when she found out. She made it clear later that she was not happy that he had kept her in the dark.”
Now Beatrice would appear to have sparked a new romance for her mum. The youngster was with her mother at the five-star Abama Hotel in Gula de Isora last month when Heather, 41, first spotted Jamie, 36. A source there told us: “She went over to talk to him with her nanny and there was an instant spark.
“The next day, Heather got her nanny to call Jamie to say, ‘You know that woman you were talking to, would you like to go out to dinner with her?’ Jamie was miffed that Heather hadn’t bothered to ask him out herself. But he agreed to go.
“It was a secret operation because hotel staff aren’t allowed to mix with the guests. Heather and Jamie managed two secret dinner dates before she returned to England.
“The first was with some friends. The second dinner was just the two of them alone.
“They got close but nothing sexual happened.”
It was just a week after saying their goodbyes in Tenerife at the end of May that the couple met up for a romantic weekend in Brighton. The source added: “Jamie saw family on the Friday and stayed over with Heather on Saturday and Sunday.
“When he came back he was boasting that he and Heather had ‘sealed the deal’—and we all know what that means!”
While Heather has a £24.3million fortune following her divorce settlement from Sir Paul three months ago, Jamie earns just £800-a-month juggling odd jobs including kids rep and DJ at the hotel.
The friend went on: “Heather has given him a glimpse of her glamorous lifestyle and he definitely wants more.
“He can’t believe his luck that she has fallen for him in such a big way. Jamie has been telling everyone that he is in love. He is over the moon to have a multi-millionairess hot on his case.”
The friend added: “Heather bombards Jamie with sexy texts and phone calls. One saucy text read: ‘I’m in the Jacuzzi thinking of you’.
“They speak every day, often for hours at a time.” Jamie has now returned to Tenerife and the home he still shares with his ex-girlfriend, stunning Venezuelan Elsa Maneiro.
One pal revealed that Jamie boasted about his time in Brighton, saying: “He bragged about Heather’s house on the sea-front and told us about the Jacuzzi, which really impressed him.
“He name-dropped that he had bumped into her showbiz neighbours like Fatboy Slim and Nick Berry.
“Jamie said Heather told him all about her past life working in the glamour industry and as a prostitute,” added the friend. “He says it doesn’t bother him. Jamie is desperate to get back to England to see Heather again and she has already made offers for him to join her.
“What she doesn’t know is that Jamie is so broke he had to borrow cash for the flight to England from a friend.
“Heather has invited Jamie on a holiday in two weeks which shows how serious the relationship has become. The only problem is Jamie doesn’t know how he is going to be able to afford the trip and he is too proud to ask Heather for the money.”
The London-born hunk moved to Tenerife with his printer father David in 2003 to start a new life.But his dream of becoming a top DJ in demand at clubs throughout the Canary Islands has faltered.
On Friday night he played a four-hour set of house music to just 14 punters at the Morocco Jazz nightclub. A close friend told us: “Jamie doesn’t get paid very much but compared to most people in Tenerife he has quite a glamorous lifestyle. He is very well respected over here.
“The hotel provides him with all his meals as well as his smart suits and does all his cleaning. “His official title is entertainments manager but the truth is he just mucks in and does a little bit of everything. He runs the hotel club but also helps out by the pool and with the kids club.
“Jamie still has designs of making it as a DJ and sees his relationship with Heather as his big chance.”
