Back at homebase after blogging from the Vegas Beatles Fest, I can’t help but remembering how much Brian Epstein was mentioned this week.
Billy J. Kramer, who was also managed by Brian, spoke of how important he was to them, and how they were all lost without him. And Pattie Boyd, who told fans that she was chaperoned on her first date with George Harrison by Brian, reiterated how much he really cared for them, and how shocked they all were when he died.

I was reminded by my good friend Jude Kessler, that all throughout his life, nobody could ever get John Lennon to do anything he didn’t want to. But, Brian did. And where would the Beatles have been if he hadn’t? Where would we be?
