In August, Wienerworld, a company in the UK that specialises in CDs and DVDs that promote musical artists, will release a DVD entitled “The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour Memories,” an upbeat rockumentary featuring the vivid memories of those who witnessed the making of the cult Beatle movie, Magical Mystery Tour, in 1967.

The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour Memories features a celebrity cast and previously unseen 8mm home movie footage, as well as eye-witness accounts from fans, on-lookers and the cast of the movie.

Celebrities featured on the DVD include Neil Innes, a member of the Bonzo Dog Do Da Band in the film, later to become the “John” charatcer in The Rutles, Paul McCartney’s brother Mike McCartney, Freda Kelly, principle secretary of the original Beatles Fan Club, and Victor Spinetti, close friend of John Lennon, the only actor who appeared in all three Beatles films, sharing their memories. Victor even supplies a fascinating commentary to the film.

The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour Memories will shortly be available for sale in the UK and also on their website. http://www.wienerworld.com/wworld.php?catnumber=WNRD2449
