Auction tape not sold

A tape of the Beatles performing in 1966 at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Canada, estimated to sell for as much as $30,000 only reached a high bid of $16,000. The listing on their website says “reserve not yet met”.

Yoko Ono artwork headed to Pasadena this summer (till Nov. 9th)

Yoko Ono’s post-Beatles-era career continues to flourish, and a piece of her art is headed to Pasadena this summer. Visitors will be invited to write their wishes on paper and hang them on the tree branches. The wishes from Pasadena will later be placed with others from all over the world and buried at the Imagine Peace Tower in Iceland.
