LOS ANGELES – A security guard for Joan Rivers testified Monday in Phil Spector’s murder retrial that the music producer was ejected from two of the star’s Christmas parties for brandishing a gun and declaring that all women should be shot.

Yoko Ono’s post-Beatles-era career continues to flourish, and a piece of her art is headed to Pasadena this summer. Visitors will be invited to write their wishes on paper and hang them on the tree branches. The wishes from Pasadena will later be placed with others from all over the world and buried at the Imagine Peace Tower in Iceland.
